Cancellation Policy

• In case of cancellation for the group from the organizer side due to any unavoidable circumstances, we will refund 100% amount deposited.
• In case of cancellation from the client side after the registration at any point of time the, in that case, refund will be like
• Cancellation done by 60 days before the expedition: 100% of payment will be refunded.
• Cancellation done by 30 days before the expedition: 50% of payment will be refunded.
•  0- 30  Days- NO payment will be refunded
•  In case of the change of the departure date: – TripAyo reserve the right to change the booking date of client in case of customer request before 30 days prior.
